Team building
sessions
Team building with applied improvisation helps you experience more of those genuine, funny and touching moments that make working in a team worthwhile and enjoyable.
The skills improvisers use on stage are the same skills that foster success in everything we do together, so this training is super relevant as well as being memorable and fun.
Developing your team in this way will boost creativity, flexibility, leadership and communication skills.

Team building
with improv
As a seasoned trainer and improviser l create a happy and friendly environment where anyone can learn, experiment and have fun with this wonderful art form.
It's totally doable and releases a lot of energy, that's a good clue to the powerful learning on offer with applied improvisation and story.
I'll talk you down off the high wire, and get everyone truly rooting for each other in a way that feels counter-cultural. Things won't be the same after and the ripples will last.
We will move step-by-step through some playful exercises that encourage creativity and openness, and step-by-step (again) into simple scenes where your team will feel the exhilaration of stepping boldly into the unknown and unexpected.
Each exercise is really just an excuse for a debrief, and some side coaching to help dial down the inner critic and to dial up generosity, collaboration and commitment. By the end you'll be amazed how far you've come and what your colleagues can do.
These sessions are the perfect fit for away days and conferences, and can also be delivered as short online sessions during the working day.
In the room I generally suggest groups of 8 or more and online groups can be any size. See
